

Training Schedule
MICHA and MCE Teacher Training 2026-2028

Our three-year intensive program is designed to support artists in becoming teachers of the Michael Chekhov Technique. Each year builds on the last, guiding participants from foundations (Year 1), to application (Year 2), to integration and transformation (Year 3). All who successfully complete the three year training will receive a certificate of completion of teacher training curriculum awarded by MICHA and Michael Chekhov Europe.

The total cost of the program $5700
​
This cost covers instruction, course materials and small group faculty mentoring in years one and two, as well as one-to-one faculty mentoring in year two. Course materials include access to MICHA’s digital Masterclasses in the Michael Chekhov Technique and a digital edition of Michael Chekhov’s Lessons for Teachers, expanded edition.
Participating in the teacher training requires that you also maintain a minimum of 24 hours of in-person actor training per year. You can opt to schedule your in–person training with MICHA, MCE, or petition to arrange this training at a studio or institution of your choosing. The cost of this in-person acting training requirement are not included in the price of the teacher training.
