Michael Chekhov Technique Teacher Training
A Three-Year Journey

The Michael Chekhov Association (MICHA) and Michael Chekhov Europe (MCE) invite you to a three-year training designed to prepare artists to teach the Michael Chekhov Technique. Through practice, mentoring, and community, participants develop a deep, personal understanding of the technique and the skills to share it with others.

Year One: The What - The Actor becomes the Teacher $1900

Applications will be made available on November 9th and people will be admitted via rolling admission.
Anyone applying who can not demonstrate a strong foundation in the psychophysical basics must be interviewed by the Head of Training or a member of MICHA’s Faculty Council. ​

Lay the foundations of Chekhov’s psychophysical approach and begin articulating the technique in your own words.

Deepen your study of atmosphere, gesture, and archetype while practicing the art of teaching.
