DIRECTOR'S WORKSHOP IN NEW YORK CITY

In this workshop we will explore the roles we play as actors and directors and look at how our understanding of our "part" determines the rehearsal process. Working from principles of Michael Chekhov's Technique we will look at different ways to approach the rehearsal situation and examine how our creative approaches to the "job" of actor and director can be developed.

The workshop is open to actors and directors interested in exploring these issues.

Meet and greet Friday night 6-8pm
Saturday classes 9:30 - 5:00 with optional workshop 6:30 - 8:30
Sunday classes 9:30 - 5:30

Participants must organize their own housing for this workshop.

$350

$325 for Friends of MICHA (formerly called members)

Payment in Full is due upon receipt of e-mail bill to secure participation. 75% of tuition is refundable if participation is cancelled in writing by June 1. No refunds after June 1. Payments can be made by check or money order and by Visa or MasterCard through our online billing program.
