
SUMMER WORKSHOP - July 24 arrival- August 1 departure, 2010 at the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario Canada.
MICHA organizes
an international workshop every summer. A rotating international
faculty conducts classes for approximately 70 students. In the
past MICHA has welcomed participants from 20 countries and has been
the guest at Universities and theater centers in the Netherlands,
Canada, Croatia, Italy, and the United States.
Workshop participants are actors, teachers and directors. Previous
experience in the Chekhov Technique is not necessary in order to
attend. A typical day begins with a warm-up followed by a morning and afternoon
class. Evenings are devoted to special workshops, festival performances
and lectures.

Fees & Details
$1700 tuition, inclusive of lunch, dinner and all workshop materials. ($1550 earlybird if registered and paid in full by March 1, 2010.)
$1675 tuition for FRIENDS of MICHA, inclusive of lunch, dinner and all festival materials. ($1525 earlybird if registered and paid in full by March 1, 2010.)
DAY OBSERVER RATE
$250 per day, inclusive of lunch, dinner and all workshop materials.
Work Study
5 Work Study Positions are available. To apply contact Scott Burrell for an application at nfburrellc@nsula.edu. Work study recipients pay $600 which is inclusive of food and classes. Housing and travel must be paid for separately. Application deadline: March 12th.

Basic Workshop Schedule
July 24: Registration 3-6 p.m. at University Conference Center.
Opening Night Dinner at 6 p.m. followed by Introductory Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
July 25 - July 31: Classes 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. with optional evenings 7-9 p.m. July 28th will be a half day with no class after lunch. No dinner is served on July 28th.
July 31: Classes end at 5 p.m. at 8 p.m. there will be a Closing Night Party
August 1: Those staying in University Housing must check out by 10 a.m.
Housing Options
$51 per room plus taxes at the University Conference Center. Single occupancy room in a double occupancy suite. Shared bathroom with 1 person, daily maid service. This can be booked directly at: University Conference Center Group Rate
